Standing Military Press 6 sets 6 reps
Behind-Back Press 6 sets 10 reps
Barbell Shrugs 6 sets 10 - 12 reps
SUPERSET:
Front Raise (EZ Bar)
Plate Raise
4 sets 10 reps
Seated Dumbbell Press 6 sets 8 - 10 reps
Side Lateral Raise (cable) 4 sets 10 reps
Face Pull 4 sets 12 reps
Cable Crunch 4 sets 25 reps
