I watched hundreds of videos on scrum and agile (I didn't need to, I just like the topic) and most of these videos were terribly boring!! If I only had discovered this channel first!!! My need to manage an unpredictable life - so stressful! - brought me in the scrum universe, where chaos and overwhelming are welcome. I hope to apply it in a successful way!! And your energy and joy really gives me a boost to start this new year with all the systems and rituals and artifacts which are needed. I rarely leave comments under scrum videos, because they (mostly) are of two types: - the basic enthusiastic first-years-explanation, where the scrum will solve all problems of the world faster and cheaper or - the bitter and angry chronicle of a broken dream ( after years of scrum, they talk about: burnout teams, waterfall strikes back, features factories etc.) And I was a bit uncertain, this year... I wondered if it is an inevitable path. If it's a method destined to fail. I don't want to organise my life (full of obstacles) in a way that creates more problems. I hoped that someone was still successfully working with scrum, and here you are!!

What I hear is that Scrum is so convoluted that hardly can get it to work correctly. Its a little like a séance; if it doesn't work there must are unbelievers present.
