Loved this challenging workout, I did have to modify some of the feet on ball moves, my hamstrings were cramping up. Otherwise a great Pilates inspired workout.

This was a really great workout ...it targeted areas that never get worked out. Kneeling on the ball really challenged and corrected balance issues...thank you for always having great workouts with new moves😁💜

OhMyGod😲 The fire 🔥 that happened in my thighs was like being in a sauna.🫠 I swear they started smoking, and almost set off the smoke detectors.😅 I have to say THIS workout caught me by surprise! Such a slow, intense, delicious burn!❤️🔥 The kind you KNOW you're definitely gonna feel later.🥵🫣 Thanks Michelle and Crew❣️ SN: I'm impressed with everybody's ability to hold on to their ball.😅

I did this today, and I was one of the toughest workouts I’ve ever done, but I feel so amazing that I made it through the entire hour. I got a yoga ball for Christmas that I used but I think I’m going to have to get a smaller one. I’m not sure what size mine is it doesn’t say, but it looks bigger than yours and I had a tough time keeping it behind my knee, it kept sliding out. Thank you for another amazing workout ❤!!!!!😊

ok so the words that wanted to come out of my mouth on this one!!! Thighs, glutes, core wowzers! It's a good thing I was all by myself because the way that ball kept shooting out from under my foot and I kept falling over when we were doing the one leg crazy thing balance ummmm yeah. Would have made for a good America's funniest video. Will come back and try again....not necessarily soon though!!!! LOL!!! Thanks Michelle!
