60 Minute Workout in 60 Seconds
I created this 60 second workout video to show some typical back, leg and bicep exercises you may want to consider for a workout routine. I used lighter weight to demonstrate good lifting techniques and just wanted to share this in case it can help some newer, less experienced lifters just getting started or for anyone looking for a little variety in their workout.
