These 600MHz LTE signals apparently are within the range that old analog TVs can receive. If you turned on an old analog TV and tuned it to a channel that was within the LTE range would you hear noise like this or would it just be all static?

I guess you would hear same sounding audio and see pulsating noise on screen.

With 4G LTE (and which replaces the legacy Signalling System no. 7 (SS7) protocol), the encryption method used is SNOW 1.0/2.0/3G. These are synchronous stream ciphers developed by Thomas Johansson and Patrik Ekdahl (Lund University)

I believe I found a KZitem video of cellphone signals being picked up by an analog TV kzitem.info/news/bejne/s5h_3oCwbpFyiG0

I have tried this in the 700 MHz band used for 5G and it seems to cause bars on the picture and either no sound or strange sound. You can try this with most modern TVs also, because they often have analog tuners still build in (probably for old DVRs, consoles and these transmitter things you have in hotels because you don‘t really require that much to de/modulate a analog TV signal).

862-863.3: Very old CDMA (probably VZW/USCellular) that is still active but no traffic, although I know it will be shutting down soon

AT&T will be shutting down 3G next month. My T-mobile edition galaxy S7 phone will probably lose voice calling as it does not have LTE-Voice software installed. I found AT&T firmware image online for this phone, will try reflashing it to make voice work.
