The bike is so clean! Headlight gets hot and can burn wires, wrap wires and use low wattage bulb.

It kinda grew on my towards the end but I do agree. It did end up getting replaced with a basic black frame a couple more episodes in. Thanks for watching!

You skipped over the most intriguing part. How the hell did you get the bike down the single-wide ramp solo? I was thinking "oh, this is going to be good", and then you and the bike were on the ground! Congrats on getting in running (and levitating).

The trick is brake control, good balance, and taking your time. Backing up to that little hill also helped out a lot. Thanks for checking out the video, excited to get riding on this thing soon.

@@DispatchMoto In the late 80s, I rode a GS650 up a 2x6 into a pickup. I can't tell you how I did it, but I can tell you that brake control, good balance and sobriety had little to do with it. The bike and the rider were so covered in mud, I don't think anything would have been damaged if the maneuver failed. If I recall correctly, unloading it involved me getting on the bike and manning the brakes as a guy on either side kept it from falling off the 2x6. The sad thing was that we probably had access to dozens of 2x6s, but I guess once you get one dirty, you don't want to mess up any additional boards. I'm happy to report that I have mostly out-lived my stupidity. Looking forward to your next video.

That's wild. I've seen too many videos of people flying off their ramps into their cabs to even attempt that. Thanks for watching!

Hey Scott! I was thinking about this comment and you were right to say I skipped over a pretty interesting part. So I posted an uncut 8 second speed warp clip of me unloading the bike on the Dispatch Moto Instagram if you're still interested in seeing it. Thanks for the suggestion. Cheers!

@@DispatchMoto I just watched it, not as sketchy as I was expecting. Would have been a lot more cussing and bike dropping if I was involved.

It's a 1974 and if I remember correctly they came with a kickstart. I was given a folder of receipts I did find paperwork for tons of new parts including a new transmission.

I have a lot of receipts either from the previous owner or the one before him. I'm talking thousands spent on rebuilding and refreshing the bike. I could understand him just wanting it gone after the accident.

@@DispatchMoto In Germany, even is the engine is completly stuck - as long as the frame and the engine Block itself isn't rotten you get already 1000+Bucks for it. Ok, sure, I can't find right now a compareable offer - yet the cheapest BMW 75/6 I find is 4 grand here. Given, she drives says the owner. Is it still the original paint on it?
