I have watched several of her videos, too. I wanted to send Kanella a video and ask her to do a painting like that. I never got around to doing it. I watch videos on my tv, so i never comment. I had to comment on this because this is a job well done!

You're exactly right, it's called botanical art and that is exactly what she is doing, but instead of crediting Rinske because this is what she does, she doesn't like to credit anybody who has been around for just a couple years. She likes to try to say she saw it somewhere else when she knows she hasn't. This is the reason I stopped watching Her. She did this with a bunch of Molly stuff also. Because as she's laying the paint down exactly what Rinske does, because the other lady doesn't have a KZitem channel. Isn't that hilarious that she would say now that Rinske has her own class, I'm She's hoping that you guys will come and watch her instead of going there. But this lady talks way too much while painting. And then she actually made a horrible comment about people using golden. You don't need a lot of paint to do that project. Since you're using so much water you can buy the 1 or the 2 oz bottles.

Yeah I like Rinske's Botanical Art better than the Lim girl Kanella referred to but I just love this technique altogether it's so therputic and relaxing it's better than meditation to me....but if u are OCD or catch urself tryna make things perfect this technique is gonna be really hard for u....it's not gonna look good if u OCD it because I am that way and I have learned from experience u just have to relax and just go for it and not think about it too much otherwise it's gonna look very bad in my opinion....I do that noise too lol but mine is more like a "vroompsssshhhhh" lmfao 🤦🏻♀️🤣🤷🏻♀️and u don't have to buy those expensive fluid paints.....use ur dutch pour mixture or just add some water to the regular paints....it's all about the same when it comes to this type of painting. I've been doing this type of painting my entire life and didn't think anyone would actually like it because to me it was just what I did when I didn't know what to paint or when I was just wanting to get out of my head or whatever but now it's like all of a sudden everyone is doing this and acting like it is it's own technique or style or something and I find that so strange but I am sooo happy about it because I have a ton of these that I created from just relaxing and playing around lmfao I guess it's true that everything eventually makes a complete circle. I love it Kanella and I too am glad u got rid of that maroon color too I didn't like it too much either lol....but this is sooooo pretty! Imma do a Payne's gray and lime green one with a white background maybe....not sure but what do u think? or would u wanna try those colors wth maybe some pearl or silver or something with those two colors....idk but thank u for sharing!

No problem copying soneone else but not nice not to credit Rinske, you are laying down the paint exactly as she does, even to the little line on the paper at the side and using the same style brush. Btw she also invented the dutch pour you use, thats why its called dutch. Think I will unsubscribe now.
@KanellaCiracoArt
10 ай бұрын
Barbara I gave credit to the person who INSPIRED ME. As mentioned in my video I have been following Novi Lim for years and her work is fantastic. If you also paid attention to my video I also DID mention that other artists such as Tammy Anderson, Erica Hughes AND Rinske Douna have also been doing this. So yes, I did mention her name. As for using the same brush.... ummm, what did you want me to use? That's what these brushes are made for! I wasn't aware that Rinske owns the Liquitex Basics Freestyle brushes and that she is the only artist out there allowed to use them! As for the 'Dutch Pour', I really think you need to do your research when it comes to acrylic pouring before making uneducated comments like this. The hair dryer was used long ago by other artists way before Rinske called it a "Dutch Pour". Yes, she may have named it that, but she definitely wasn't the inventor of the technique let alone this new 'botanical technique'. Don't get me wrong, she is a very talented artist and creates lovely paintings, I wish her nothing but the best, but I don't need your snarky comment on my KZitem channel. Feel feel to unsubscribe if you wish... Take care!
