Camilla is also a Registered Yoga Teacher, like me, a Certified Clinical Instructor for the Stress Management and Resiliency Training Program (or the SMART Program) which was developed by the prestigious Benson Henry Mind-Body Institute at Massachusetts General Hospital (which is an affiliate of Harvard Medical School), she’s a Regular Guest Lecturer at Brown University Medical School, and a Corporate Wellness Consultant for major companies including Titleist and FootJoy.
