Brother thats a good looking chopper and Triumphs are my favorite bikes ! But if it ant leaking it 's probably out of oil

Noticed that plunger section immediately. Last century some company with a good sense of humor marketed a plunger bolt/weld on rear end with the name "Saviour Ass". Wish I had picked up one then. Just another REGERT. Met my wife on my second chopper in Phoenix .

Nice chopper! My father had a chopper that looked pretty close to this one when I was a kid but it was a Honda.

@@listentocky1 No this was in the late 70’s early 80’s when my father owned that bike. It looked pretty much identical to this one but had a Honda 750 engine with quad carbs.

That leak is common on old Triumphs. It usually oil seeping on the splines of the main shaft from the transmission. Just put some silicone on the splines by the primary gear.

Small leak from the primary gear. Most was coming from the oil tank being slightly overfilled

That is ear music, I rode a straight pipe chopped 70 TR6 Trophy across Canada in 72,ride and enjoy....they dont make em like that any more
