Lookin good, Awesome build so far! I highly suggest you don't use a glass fuel filter on an off road vehicle. Plus relocate it away from rear bumper area. The first time you spin around and slam into something in reverse or get rear ended by another vehicle, you will have a gas leak. You already had one fire. Speaking of fire. Where is your fire extinguisher? You said you won't ride without one again. Watch Rather Be Welding video when he spun out and backed into a van. Now picture your glass gas filter there :-( One good wheelie flip and that fuel filter gets smashed on the ground or a rock. You need to plan for mishaps. Please relocate the fuel system more in the center of the kart away from impacts, like low behind the seat or somewhere safe.

Hi red, just for your information your temperature sensor is going to need to be grounded to the frame or motor to get a signal and probably the same thing with your pressure sensor. I put a inline temperature sensor on my transmission cooler for my truck and I had the same issue until I grounded it to the frame and now it works just fine. I still can't wait until you get that tach hooked up on that 670 then I'll know how to hook mine up.

*Looks GREAT!!!!* The Exhaust Looks GREAT!!! _Just keep a eye on her.. They maybe a little too restrictive for that engine._ Don't think they will handle that kind of HP, and with the new Carb and heads you should go 1.5" Pipe (Looks like you have 5/8"or 1" right now?)
@_Bonez12

if you listened, he said its 1.5"
@starpuss

Missed that part, But the muffler silencers made for 150cc (So they say) On the manufacturer's website rated to 12or so HP per Setup. he will be pushing more then 24HP seeing they are only 1" pipes. (from what i seen online) over all they still seem to me like they are a little small for a LARGE volume lower HP engine like that 670
@RedBeardsGarage
