I can’t express how much I appreciate finding Tanner and this site. One set of dumbbells and so many variations of exercises. I can really feel the benefits of dumbbells vs a straight bar. I’ve had a left shoulder niggle for some time now and I found myself over compensating with my right arm/shoulder etc. With the individual dumbbells I’m able to isolate and focus on left and right side with no compensation. Thanks Tanner!!

I'd just like to say. While Corona has been going on, like all of us, we're on home workouts. I've been doing my own exercises with no noticeable gains, its not until watching ol' Tanner that ive felt the burn. His videos with his teachings are right up there with the greats. Keep up the awesome work, these timed videos are the bomb mate! stay safe!

Goodness. This one killed me when I added this to your back workout. I had tapped out at 2 full circuits of back and shoulder and had to drop weights to complete the 3rd. Needless to say I still felt a super pump.

Well, just starting this workout as of yesterday, March 26th 2020 but, I still pushed 2 cycles. It WAS NOT as easy as most people would think with using 20lbs dumbbells. It was absolutely brutal bro but, effective. I'm gonna follow this particular workout for 2-3 weeks and measure my growth at that time. I'll post it here if I'm allowed. I don't know if you read these but, you're doing a PHENOMENAL job in every video. 👍🏾💪🏾💯

I’ve completed 3 sets and up the weight for the shrugs, but kinda punked out on the last shoulder blade shrugs. Thanks for the solid shoulder workout I will be doing this workout more often.

On the second round I struggled to maintain perfect form, so it was very effective!!! Heading into my 3rd now, taking a small break to type this and probably dropping the weight a bit!

I made it through 4 times! Jk, I died somewhere near the beginning of the second round...and I'm using 10 (then switched to 5) pound dumbbells lol. Oh well, ya gotta start somewhere I guess.😊

Tanner apart from the clean and jerks, this is my exact shoulder workout, I do shoulder presses with my elbows forward instead, I know traps are part of the back but I do traps with shoulders always as these exercises were recommended to me by my physiotherapist, btw I do 4 sets of 15 on all the exercises, so maybe 3 rounds in total.......absolutely love this channel brochacho 💪

Something cheaper and more versatile than dumbbells that I’ve noticed are actually resistance bands if anyone that wants to look into them. I found some on amazon around $20 that can go up to like 150 lbs. Love your videos bro!

I’ve lost 98lbs in 9 months but still have another 90 lbs to lose. (Yes I was a big guy) I have been following your dumbbell exercises for 16 weeks now and I’m starting to feel the results. I’m only using 5kg dumbbells and find the workouts hard. Is 5kg in each hand enough?
