Did you turn that pump up a couple of flats or leave it stock?

I really like these F-super duty trucks, it's why I have 4 of them. Two of them are this body style but longer wheelbase. Both have 7.3s, one has a zf5 other has a e4od. I've owned many of these and have taken apart several that were too rough to save. So I'm very familiar with how they are built, they are well built trucks. Not long ago I recently bought a couple f250 super duty trucks. One is a late 1999 7.3 rear wheel drive with a 4r100 auto trans.. 353,000 miles, bought it not running because it needed a high pressure oil pump. Those are really expensive, but I was able to find 1 in a 2002 e350 that had a 7.3. Cost $20. It runs and drives so good you'd never guess it has 353,000, but it was well maintained. It's an extended cab long bed. The other is a 2000 f250 4x4 with a 7.3 and a zf6 6 speed manual. It has a tuner, aftermarket air intake and a 5" inch exhaust. It's a fast 7.3. Has 252,500 miles, runs and drives great. It needed one piece for the tie rods replaced and rear leaf springs. It's also an extended cab long bed. I got them both for basically scrap price. I have to admit I wasn't the biggest fan of the super duty trucks mainly because the cab is somewhat over the engine. But they are actually a lot easier to work on than I thought.
