I really like the Lalanne hold! So hard and good!! I agree with you regarding how effective plank combos are- rather than sit-ups! The L-sit is so hard- these are really good moves!! I do body holds at the end of my bootcamps- I actually like the frog- it’s been decades since I’ve done a bridge!! 😂😂you have awesome tutorials Victor!! Great video!! 🙌🙌

Nooo man some people just learn some moves easier and some harder, depending on your body/prerequisties etc. But everybody can learn it including you, so stay in the game you wont regret it! 💪🏼🔥

I love that extended arms plank. Due to osteoarthritis in my right shoulder, some of these I can no longer do due to pain.

I can do the l -sit. But I can't seem to get my arms under my body with elbow lever they slip away
