Let me tell you, being more feminine and trying to cultivate feminine side of us is more helpful and powerful than people realize. I was a tomboy my whole life, I was so proud of it. Until, I truly started seeing the "damage" or discomfort my overly masculine side has caused in my previous relationship. Many women don't want to see this truth and I was absolutely one of them. Everything about this video would scream "girly, submissive, fake" to me jus few months ago. I'm glad, I found you and I realized how I can completely level up and mature in my relationships this way. Opening up to this side of me has changed my own confidence and relationship with myself. I hope, that more women see this side and choose to try it. In their own way. Thank you. You've helped me so much to recognize this side of myself and I'm very grateful for that. Love you! :)

Kristína Slovíková lots of emotional maturity and self awareness to be able to recognize that. I did that as well and it has been a great journey. I was always tomboy growing up but when I met my husband I started to naturally become more feminine because he was so masculine. I have embraced it now but many of my friends here in progressive California are turning very feminist and anti men and a couple are now lesbians. I learned yesterday a dear friend of mine who went to my wedding has shaved her head and wants to marry a woman. I don’t know what to do sometimes. I think they think I am, like you said, girly submissive, fake. When I know I am emotionally mature, strong, secure and genuine. Sometimes I don’t know how to approach them because my mere presence is so off putting.

@@julialee143 Yes! I feel what you are saying. It becomes especially hard, because SO many women encourage this masculine way of being, almost anti-men. I feel you. I was actually incentivated to not be girly my whole life. My parents wouldn't let me cry or express emotion and would always tell me they were happy I wasn't "like the other silly girls". And apparently I attracted some people who wanted to "suffocate" my femininity. When I became 13 I somehow "flourished" and boys started paying attention to me (which they hardly ever did before). You know what my "friends" would tell me to do when we went out (mall, movies, birthday parties)? To wear plain clothing, no accessories, nothing that would draw more attention than them. I swear to God. And the worst part is that I obeyed. At 16, after fighting anorexia, I started accepting my body and dressing femininely again. Two years later, I met my first boyfriend, who wouldn't let me wear heels, skirts or makeup. Once I got really mad at him for always complaining about my appearance and asked him how he wanted me dress. His answer was "denim pants, loose-fitting T-shirt and hiking boots". And the idiot (me) obeyed...again...for 4,5 years. When I look back, I get so angry at myself. I'm now 32 and trying to get my femininity back. I believe it's never too late. Thank you, Kaytlin! You and Anna Bey have been my role models for femininity 😊

Oh no, avoid that :/ Any kind of injection really should be avoided. Lip filler are easy to spot, especially on certain faces (check out Aly Art's video on the subject). Use a shiny lip gloss. Eat well so that they look redder. As Cathlyn said, prefer an ancestral diet with lots of animal protein. Red meat is your friend if you want red lips, clearer skin and bearable periods :)

I have to go against the crowd here. My lip fillers really helped me get over my dislike of my small lips. The fillers have since faded away and even though I enjoyed them while they lasted I found that I don't mind my natural lips nearly as much as I thought I did. If you aren't a fan of any kind of injection please listen to your heart on the subject, but I also think that they can be a useful tool for some people who are struggling. :) Just my two cents. @NF Obsessed Yes, and I know in some places like in East Asia they consider bigger, fuller lips uglier and smaller lips prettier. In America, particularly in the younger generation, bigger, fuller lips are generally more liked. The world will always hate no matter what so it's good to know God loves us and finds big lips beautiful, small lips beautiful, all skin tones beautiful, and so much more! Personally, it's ok to use makeup to make lips bigger (with overdrawn lips) or makeup like how they do in East Asia with darker color in the middle to make lips smaller. I'm undecided about lip fillers. Still, it's good to recognize the beauty in all!

I love that you mentioned embracing individuality because while feminine energy generally is the same across the board, it is expressed in so many ways based on personalities and indoctrination’s of what that energy looks like. For example, someone may have a very gentle, soft feminine energy while someone else expresses this through vibrancy. This notion of individuality also transfers into how we express this in our appearance or physical language. I love that because often when many of us start on this journey we forget that there’s a genuine way of expressing ourselves it isn’t the same for everyone. Its all beautiful❤️

I love your advice! Please keep this up and hang in there. #1 tip has gotta be to let The Holy Spirit into your life. Beauty wasn't my catalyst but I was an agnostic Jew before and just recently started praying the Rosary, etc. Everything got way better, including my actual face. I tried everything before but for the first time since I was a very young child, my smile has life in it. #2 tip is to drink WAAAY more water than you are really thirsty for. A lot of the times we think we are hungry, we're actually thirsty. Don't get discouraged! Water gets addictive if you keep drinking it. That's my piece. Best of luck! 💕

Teeth are an important feature that I neglected in my high school days. Having a shining bright smile completely makes my face and its a simple relatively cheap way to maximize your confidence! Plus, you're going to be smiling more, so that makes you seem like a more inviting person. Also, I think you would excel at a "confidence camp" or something like that with tween/young teens. Like maybe a weekend class every week through the summer? Kind of silly, but I really could have benefited from and older sister type person that helped me embrace the other sides of me that I kept hidden. I love my masculine traits, but at 25 I'm on a journey to balance that with my feminine and it can be hard to change.

The ones who give off the least childish or cutesy vibe are the ones you should pay attention to; what cuts they’re wearing, the colors, patterns, etc.

Gergana Hristova I have this same issue!! But I’ve found something that really works is wearing light neutrals and not too much color unless it’s one pop of color in an outfit. Hope this helps:)

Feminity is not weak, and it is beautiful. But it doesn't make you any less of a woman if you hone into your musculine side. There are both yin and yang energies in everyone, and there's nothing wrong with honing into both your sides. Being feminine is beautiful, and so is being masculine. Honey you are beautiful and amazing, no matter how you choose to present yourself. BTW thank you for including women of all shapes, sizes, and colors.

Personally I love fashion and although I don't have just one style that I like , one of my go to's are trousers (I don't like jeans) and a blazers, I love to wear them because they are super comfortable and elegant in my opinion, but I know that for some they may think that they look too masculine, and a key point to make this work is tailoring and wearing something fitted in an outfit, items like: turtle necks ,a blouse or figure hugging top underneath helps; but if you love the oversize look and it works for you, go for it (although I will advise to keep at least the waist of your trousers in your size, other wise you may look like you're drowning in fabric) ; jewellery, grooming and makeup can help you get the right balance and other thing that goes a long way is your behaviour, looking feminine is not only about the way you look, it does matters the way you behave, the worlds you decide to use, the way you speak, walk, etc is what gives you, your overall look, so keep that in mind.

Your hair color is becoming in you. It’s so pretty. Honestly, you can wear so many colors beautifully. Thank you for saying that leather and Jean jackets are masculine. I’ve been having an issue with mine and not wanting to west them. I actually told my husband I don’t like them in me as they are masculine even before watching your video. I love a soft cropped pastel cardigan over a cute maxi skirt in the summer. I’m 60. I like to cover my arms. Thank you so much for everything.

123CREATIONS same! I love dresses and skirts and would love to only wear them but 1. Because they aren’t trendy they aren’t readily available at major retailers (at least modest ones) and 2. Sometimes I don’t want to stand out as well but I’m becoming more confident and people have honestly responded pretty well so far:) I think it encourages other women to embrace it as well.

@@julialee143 Luckily we can shop online. You can always find dresses online 😄 A mother figure of mines told me "I know you don't like attention but your style is very dressy" and I had to think about that like oh wow thats true. Its fun and I love to express myself through my clothing but going out into the world like that is daunting considering that its not the norm. And I attract alot of energy coming at me from the outside world. Its like the world is black and white and you are a the only person in color. Talk about attention. But im tired of blending in with my environment. Im ready to accept that its ok to stand out!

I share your plight! I think it's helpful to get professional fitted bras. Also, consider wearing a minimizer. With that tops that are a little looser/flowy- kind of a way to be modest. I'm busty and I HATE when ppl state or notice my chest. However, gotta have the good posture because bad posture can lead to back problems, which are no joke. Cheers!

I don't know if it will be useful in any way but You shouldn't feel ashamed. Choose the right comfortable bra, one that doesn't make them flat nor one that makes them bigger, more protruding. Opt for loose/puffy, high neck blouses tight on the waist rather than low cut and fitted.

Nails is something else that differentiates masculinity from femininity. I feel that if you wear nail polish in feminine colors as you had mentioned, it makes you feel a lot more put together, elegant and quite feminine. I know every time I do my nails I feel a boost of confidence and feel a lot more feminine. Adding to moisturizing my hands with hand lotion adds to that feminine touch.
