😂😂 You guys crack me up! I want to thank you for all the exercises, especially for the back, hip, and shoulder. I was suffering with bad pain and numbness. It really helped me gain strength and heal. I was afraid I would have to avoid exercise all together. But I realized those areas were weak or were where I did the wrong movements to cause injury. I had physical therapy previously. You guys have a treasure trove that will last. Feeling better everyday with a smile!🌞

As someone with arthritis of the lower spine and feet flatter than a pancake, I've really embraced your advice. But please, please can you put out a book? It's difficult to make written directions for all your great tips. If not a book then a series of specific cd's focusing on one are of the body per cd. Thank you so much for taking the time to education us all.

I found out I have an ostephyte on my c5 and it's pushing on my c5 deep nerve root. My question is, can this cause breathing issues? Aswell as visual issues and migraines? I finally got diagnosed after 6 years of pain and still I've been given nothing but told to see a physio therapist in regards to this. I use a neck stretcher and that improves my vision and breathing, so it can't just be a coincidence

Should any of these be avoided if I have SI joint pain? I noticed the press-ups made the pain worse. I'm currently doing home exercises for SI joint pain (pelvic clock) and that has been very helpful as well as the teeter hang up to decompress the spine. Any other suggestions?

Great video! What exercises would you recommend for somebody who has a very flat upper back in order to restore the natural curve of the spine? I've seen many videos addressing the issue of a hunched posture but how about when the thoracic spine is doing the opposite? (On top of that, there appears to be pronounced scapular winging.) Would the same exercises apply for a flat upper back? There is very little information about this out there and I really want to know more.

What do you mean by curvature of the spine? If you have an overly curved mid spine (hyper kyphosis) than these are exactly the exercises you should be performing. Our spines are naturally curved. Lordotically in the lower and upper spine and kyphotically of the mid spine. BUT...If you actually mean scoliosis then these exercises would probably do more harm than good.

Can anyone help me out? 20 years old and very athletic, 2 months ago worked out and was sore no big deal, but few days after started having aching in my lower back/hip whenever I sat or stood, I could only be comfortable if I lied on my side or back, went to the chiropractor and have been doing stretches/foam rolling and cut out my heavy lifting, the aching is gone when I sit but still aches down my right leg around my hip and ankle, sometimes it's very minor sometimes it's pretty bad, I don't feel out of line or any strength loss but the most painful thing is doing a toe touch with my legs straight, slightly bent and there's no pain, I can squat, bend over, etc fine but when my legs are straight and I attempt bending is when the pain shoots, is this a disc problem or just a pinch somewhere?

Hey I'm a kinesiologist. Sounds like either your hamstrings or hip flexors need to be released. Do consistent gentle static stretching and foam roll them. May need to activate/release your piriformis too. If the problem does not go away go see a doctor/physio.

What if I’m watching this on the floor with a herniated disc? Btw I’m 26 and this is the second flair up it’s been a year since the injury and just found out from a cat scan t4 t5 herniation you think it’s possible to heal and strengthen that part of my back later? Or do I need to proceed with caution every day and expect not to be as active for the rest of my life?
