I wish Cross Clip would allow you to cut the clip, too. Even in clips, there's often "uhh"s and "umm"s that you'd want to cut out as a streamer to make the clip more succinct.

Not for streaming, but for making video scripts. The site web captioner is free and make it easier to "write" a script. Instead of thinking and writing a script. Start with your Video. You make your first take and have "web captioner" in the background. Afterwards you can edit the text and use the edit text as your first script example. Do it 2-3 times and you have your script. PS: works for streaming too, but to have a subtitle in your stream or even a translation!

I will start with my personal Pet Peeve of streaming (Please note this is for streams of gaming content - not other areas on twitch): I hate follower/sub/donation goal nonsense taking up the whole dang screen. Due to this the widget showing up in chat is REALLY awesome for people like me that honestly just want to see the game being played not a ton of overlays. Also for me webcams are hit or miss - I never miss them when they aren't present. Ever. I know I'm in the minority on that one but still. A smaller, not eye gouging sized third that pops up once in a while as a loop with info is solid and spending channel points (or I guess bits if you are into that) on various things on the stream is fun. I have one that forces me to take off my glasses and play "blind" for 5 minutes (though I did put a limit on that per stream just to avoid eye strain). Still folks enjoy doing it at the worst moments! Boss fights, Rocket League tournaments, etc. There is also one that is "Watch your language" and I can't use PG13+ words for 5 minutes per use which is additive! Oh and some silly sound effects too of course. Good times. I do that via Lioranboard - is it easier to set that stuff up via Triggerfyre? Hmm maybe I should look into that one! Finally, You (as always) put out some great content here that will help a lot of people and it is appreciated! Thanks so much!

Just needing to shout out blerp for great free software / addition to my stream. Whether its channel points, bit redemptions or anything, people love to play noises on stream and blerp is a easy and user friendly. One of the best ways to interact with viewers and encourage them to stick around. Not being funny but everyone has there channel points being things like “hydrate” or “stretch”. Why would i stick around to make you stretch when there is another streamer i can jump scare or i can play a really well timed sound alert which just makes the clip funny.

Can someone help me, when I stream it goes well but when I start a game the bit rate goes down to 0 and the network becomes very slow and remains slow but when I restart the computer the network gets fast again. I have tested that if installing obs and even tried to stream with streamlabs obs but it is the same problem then. It says that it has to do with the network, but for my brother it is good to stream on his xbox. I have tried to restart the router but nothing has helped. Please help!

1. You setup the scenes already so you might as well do it in discord 2. Streamelements and streamlabs have sponsor banners that work with images and webms 3. Crossclip is just cutting a video, twice. Windows movie maker could do that, or something newer like premiere rush Follow goal, triggerfyre are usefull. Masks are meh, I like cam borders and glow nad last one kind of usefull. It depends how long you spend messing with it.

4:30 small note: you can set a follower OR subscriber goal - not AND but I guess you correct yourself at 5:20 Hopefully they allow for multiple goals simultaneously, as well as a bits goal. Maybe even automated goals: since emote slots are locked behind sub points they could easily update such goals automatically.

I cannot stream without MIDI-OX. Although it's only purpose is to allow me to use a midi controller (Korg nanoKontrol2) among multiple applications - the end effect is that I can use it to enable my midi controller to change volume levels for what I hear vs. what is broadcasted. Want to hear footsteps in-game but still want to play StreamBeats to your viewers? Easy. Want to play StreamBeats to your viewers while you listen to all the copyright music you could ever want? Easy. Can't hear your Discord buddies but they're too loud on stream? Easy. Setting it all up is a tad more involved, as initially you have to set things up with loopMIDI / your midi controller's software / VoiceMeeter / MIDI-to-OBS plugin. But once it's setup you just need to open MIDI-OX and the main.py (for the OBS plugin) and you're good to go. You could even expand with more midi controllers if you desire.
