Hello Brother, love from Assam 'Mashan' Is one of the popular creatures which are found in wetlands where there are waters, they use to hunt the fishermen's and they have the ability to transform themselve to any animal. They usually use to kill humans by dragging them into the water. They are usually found in still waterbodies like lack ,pond etc. When Mashan is around you then you will find the smell of fish around you.

Literally every words spoken in this video is so true since childhood i had been hearing all this and literally i felt this creatures many times ... Mainly they will meet you rarely , and pretend to be so friendly and at the moment when u cant see them they will pull u . and porua is not only a female spirit ,it literally posses people and make them confuse their way at night , the victim thinks that he / she is on the correct way but he is going to the way that has been shown by porua. And dhon kuber shows fire , at night at crop fields , but when u try to reach the fire it will go far and at the moment whan u finally reach the fire boom u won't be alive.

Concept of demons and ghost, pisachas, dakinis, yoginis was originated during Pala empire period rulled in Eastern Indian parts they were fond of Buddhism actually a separate branch of Buddhism called Vajrayana Buddhism or Tantrik Buddhism, they were actually Tantrik expertise and worshiped many of the dangerous deities.
