Ingredients are as follows;

Salmon,diced tomatoes,slice onions,olive oil,salt,pepper,coriander,vinegar
Pat dry the salmon spread in a square size aluminum foil put the salmon,tomatoes,onions and spices all together and squeeze the aluminum foil in a loosen way and baked for 15 minutes…good to serve with beans and quinoa.
3.)HUNGARIAN GOULASH:
