Very good. You are one of the very few. People talk about dropping the back side. "Keep that elbow up". All sorts of stuff. But nobody puts it in those terms. That back elbow getting ahead of the hands is, by far, the biggest, most common problem I see, well, not just in kids. I've never seen anybody else put it quite in these terms. You are dead right. Great video.

Hard to see where the tees are positioned relative to your feet on drill 4. Would you mind describing the tee set up? Seems like the first tee is very close to your body, and the second tee is perhaps a little more away from your body and closer to the plate, but up in front of your front foot. That right?

I'm 30 and just started playing men's league 2-3 months ago. It's my first time playing baseball in 20 years, but I love the game, and I just wanted to play. I struggle with bat drag, but now that I know what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it, I think I'll be able to with practice. Thanks for these drills.

My son currently swings a 31/23, wondering if a lighter bat would help him with bat drag?

If you are working with a player who has bat drag or an arm bar (or both) do you allow them to hit front toss, side toss or any pitched ball as long as they have those issues? If they do have those issues, they will revert to what they know when they hit a ball. Just wanted to know what your approach to that was. Thanks.

With all respect, this doesn’t fix the drag for any kid under 10 years old. There’s only 1 way to fix drag for anyone younger and this isn’t it.

@@timothybauks8385 top hand wrist activation. Kids with a really flat wrist drag their elbow. Kids with a wrist at 45 degrees will allow them to keep their hands in front of their elbow. Try this: flatten your top hand wrist out and try leading with your top hand elbow… you’ll see how easy it is. Now, try and really keep your wrist flexed and try and lead with your elbow, it’s harder. Really hope this helps your clientsZ We’ve watched a ton of your stuff and are super grateful for your content.
