Seems like some employees who put in half effort still ask for full pay, though if on the other hand they are paid solely on results, they kick the game up several notches and benefit in more ways then just financially. I have a bad habit of not asking for help, it has nothing to do with pride or thinking I can do it myself. It has to do with my childhood. One of the three things would happen if I asked anyone in my family for help with my homework: 1) ignore me completely. 2) tell me after reading the question & the book pages, “the answer is somewhere on this page” as if I hadn’t known it...they could have said “within this paragraph, lies the answer”. 3) grab the paper out of my hand while down sizing me, criticizing me all the while answering the question for me...I just understand the question for it was too vague. Other than that I prefer learning, have no problem admitting when I’m wrong (my grandmother once told me “the strongest person in a room is the one who can admit they are wrong”). I ask myself when I find I am wrong about something, “what have I learned from this experience?” Money is within a grey area, as is ALL things (including all life, the planet, our universe & the cosmos). It’s what is behind it, what is the motive, what is the action. In other words it would the person who is using the money who should be judged, nit the money. It’s just there, it’s currency that has been made for trading for goods. It’s not evil cause it can be used in more good ways than bad...in fact the only way money has ever been bad is when the world was unable to use it- the Great Depression. Yes, I do care about money, I prefer offense (they win more times than they loose). Life is a bit like Chess, you’re always learning; you’re always on the offense and your judgment is not on the pieces or on the other player, it’s their actions. M

I haven't bought a lottery ticket for myself since I was 14. I live within my means. I'm happy with a good roof over my head, heat in the wintertime, and good food to eat! Yes I have tv, phone an the internet also, but so far I am able to afford the monthly bill for them:)! I have plenty compared to what I had years ago and I am grateful.

I like that I hear "always ask for help" but what if people don't seem to want to help then what?? My own words, you need to push yourself, yourself until someone comes along and does help.

Thank you for this! Great way to illustrate how to shift our thinking. I love the part we can't do everything. It tends to wear us out when we try to do everything. Teamwork and asking for help, being proactive, being in it to win it, commitment and learning constantly, result vs effort, and so much more! Thank you!

That right Desiree, We can't do everything, building a team also lets you focus on what you are the best at.

Once me and my friend were looking the guy in his Lamborghini i and I , without knowing that guy , said to my friend that this guy have no problems in his life . My friend told me that Lambo guy have 5 bodyguards , and very often change the house for safe sleep ... So it is not wrong that I'm not rich but very happy for what I have , health .

Not asking for help.....In my life I have never had anyone there to help me with anything. I have been the one that everyone relied on for help. I'm learning that there is people I can count on.

Great video. Had to Sub'. Focus & commit. Result-oriented. Find a mentor & influencer. Don't be afraid to say the socially blasphemous words..."I want the money & quality of life". It is liberating.
