Hi, thank you for sharing this video. Im Shay from the Philippines. I also had bells palsy three years ago. It was life changing, so lucky to have my parents and friends who helped me out. I started to see progress after my 3rd accupuncture session about 3months in. Full recovery was around 4months. Sometimes if i get stressed out or i lack sleep i can feel that side of my face droop a little. It will get better. Hang in there. :)

I’m exactly the same. 48 years super healthy soundly I had Bell’s palsy on my right side face . I’m doing the same,: steroids, injecting b vitamins, muscle relaxing injections, rehabilitation with ozone, directly on my face on vein as well, my day number 14th. I’m recovering 70%. At home electronics pulse devices, heaters patches today I can blink my eye better. Also I consume curcuma ginger cinnamon… in my coffee

So crazy . Well I’m glad of your progress so far . It’s been over two weeks for me now . This is my 3rd time getting it . Crazy enough i had it at 11, 14 now 34 . Two times on the left and now the right . My reaction to this Time was really dark . I am starting to see progress this time a little sooner . You are right about trying to keep faith and stay positive. I currently snap a little more with people. I’m working on it , but it’s hard to not be angry. Seeing videos like yours really humble me down and give me hope again. Thanks for posting. Also I have been reading about marijuana helping . I wonder if it helps with inflammation. Theoretically the basis of cbd suppose to helps with inflammation but I wonder about smoking if that has the same effect.

Hi I’m going thru the same thing I’m 7 months already , hoping to get better. One of the thing I do NOT RECOMMEND IS EATING ICE. at all, I noticed I was getting better but started eating cold drinks and ice and I felt it was going back to the same and stopped getting better. Now I’m trying to avoid ICE , since I was addicted to it, or cold stuff. Hope this helps

I just wanted to share with anyone that is interested that my Bells Palsy went away fully after about 5 weeks. I was on both steroids and an antiviral right away(within 3 days of being diagnosed) and I think that must have been the biggest contribution to my quick recovery. It was still a very scary and sad 5 weeks of none stop worrying but Im glad now to be on the other side of it. I’m just really grateful I didn’t wait around second guessing my initial symptoms and went to the hospital right away.

I’ve had Bell’s palsy 3 times. Once when I was a toddler, in 2021 and then it came back 11 months later! Just when I felt my face was getting better 😢. Now it’s been 7 months since my 3rd bout.

I'm going on 7 weeks and just getting facial movement. I ask myself the same question, 'Is this really happening to me?' It sucks. I saw a young man on FB who took 20 weeks to get better. I am doing what I can, lot's of B12. I am also receiving electo-therapy like the massage gun, I believe it works. It sucks tho. Just when I need to be moving. It's June please do another update when you can. Thanks.

I'm helping a friend. That believes the weekly covid swap testing caused a sinus problem then triggered the bells palsy..... She is taking:(125mg naproxen, and 1 turmeric 3x per day). and ( 3 vitamin c 1,000mg and 2 beta-glucan 1,3 1,6 per day) And it brought her intense pain down to a light pain where she can sleep. and not cry... Her head pain is still triggered easily by stress though

@@FelixTheCat- Bells palsy can be due to any vax, not only covid shots... any mercury or other agents can block your neuron pathways to any part of your body and you can't use it anymore and you have to form other neuronal pathways to use those muscles again... it can be very hard, frustrating and it takes time. i would not risk my health for any vax.
