Trying to keep the habit of waking up and doing some kind of activity like walk, run, or gym for lifting. It has been great doing it with other moms who are in the same age group. All our kids go to the same school so the only time we can do any walk,run, or gym is before school start and definitely before work. Because when work starts, most of us sit all day at our PCS. We have been doing this for nearly 12 years. Now most kids are almost done w school and some are on to college.

Oh, I love that! I want to add walking to my list of habits because I find that I have a very sedentary life 😅 I love that you've found a group of moms to do this with for so long - that's what I would love! I'm going to add walking to my list of habits to build in September (:
