Kale is amazing, but unfortunately it's just awful to eat. However I make a great kale smoothie - 1ltr of unsweetened almond milk I bag of kale 3 bananas 1 tub of blueberries 2 tablespoons of honey Blend it up (in 2 stages because an average blender isn't big enough), put it in a 2ltr jug in the fridge. Have a glass each morning and each night 👍

It is quite strange to see Broccoli in both eatables and not eatable food for COPD in your 2 different videos. I jumped from "10 Bad Foods for Your Lungs (Avoid with Asthma and COPD)" saying: ➡️ Broccoli Broccoli in and of itself is not an unhealthy food. In fact, it's loaded with nutritional ingredients. The only downside is, as it's broken down during digestion, it gives you gas. to ➡️ Broccoli Broccoli boasts a powerful array of nutrients including vitamins A, C, and K along with a healthy amount of fiber. It also contains folic acid and potassium as well. Broccoli contains sulfur-based compounds which are believed to be the reason for their amazing health benefits. Some studies have suggested that broccoli may play a role in reducing the risk of many different types of cancer. Which one to believe now?

If you liked this video, you may also want to know that there's a new study from the British Medical Journal (which is well-respected) that highlights the gut-lung connection. It's called: Rapid Resolution of COVID-19 After Faecal Microbial Transplantation! Fecal Microbial Transplants (FMT) have a 90% success rate in exchange for relatively low risk. So there is some risk that exists with this procedure. For example, one person receiving FMT got an e-coli infection because the transfer was done in a home setting, not in a healthcare or research setting. When the procedure is done in a clinical setting, the stool is screened to prevent the transfer of aggressive pathogens! FMT is only approved for treating c-difficile at this time, but is being researched for other conditions, so stay tuned!
