Thank you Dr. Rossman. I LOVE your voice and calmness. I discovered you a little while ago and listen to your older KZitem videos to fall asleep at night. A year ago I was (finally) diagnosed with severe OSA. It went undiagnosed for years as I did not fit the "profile" and I developed severe anxiety with regard to sleeping. Your beautiful voice helped me through the claustrophobia of wearing a mask and the fear of dying in my sleep. You are an angel!

Thank You Dr Rossman and God Bless You for this wonderful gift. I am really busy all day doing housework, but the thing I enjoy all day is to learn something new, listen to an audiobook, motivational podcast, Inspirational and educational, lectures and Classical music before my meditation. And from now on Your lectures are going in my journal because in my list of what I am thankful for is going to be the Most important one. Our planet needs more people like You!!!!!!❤ And I will share my list with my friends 🙏

This video has helped me tremendously. Your calm nature is really helpful as well. I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for years and I was having panic attacks all day today and this helped me come out of it.
