Here's a pro tip: At the first sign of mistake, let the failure dwell and fester. Get frustrated and develop a sense of defeat by repeating to yourself "you are not fast enough", "you are not good enough", "you will never be enough", "you are not enough" This helps me lose at games and life almost 100% of the time

white guy is Ben Beckman former England and internatioal player. Now coaches at Wimbledon Badminton and Squash Club. His mum Karen has won gold and silver at Common wealth games in the early 60s. So not just some random " white" dude.

Its annoying when the other player in the front tries to hit all the shuttles that comes back and doesnt allow to play. Sometimes they make an error or because of them we miss to hit the shuttle.
