AJ - you are truly a force for good in the world. Your energy alone is a tribute and testimony to a plant-based life. Thank you for ALL you do!!

Doug and Jen have transformed my life at least as much as any other public intellectuals or therapists I've ever found, if not more so. I hope anyone who's struggling in life considers watching and learning from their massive trove of free content on youtube, the Esteem Dynamics library, and the Beat Your Gene's Podcast, as well as utilizing their one-on-one services, which are not only the best money can buy, but also fantastically priced! I really can't get enough of these two. And I have you to thank for putting them on my radar, Chef AJ. You're all legends!

The Halloween 🎃 candy my spouse bought is the example of the item I don't want to eat being in the house. I asked him last year to take it and put it somewhere not in the kitchen so it's not near my food. since it's temporarily in the house and we throw the leftovers out after Halloween, this worked last year to keep me from sampling the candy and going off plan for a week. ☮️

Congrats AJ! 🎁 Also on your excellent choice of guests. We as an audience are the lucky ones. A pity that so few people are in the right Big 5-curve(+IQ) of personality to get to appreciate your channel. Thanks AJ!

I found a lab report from when I was a teenager and I saw that my cholesterol then was in the upper region of the reference interval, very close to being without the reference. I was normal weight, vegetarian, didn't eat any junk. I took it again recently and it was the same. My first reaction was disappointment that it wasn't lower now that I'm eating this diet, but then I realized it must be cause of what DL says here.

I’ve been criticised for being fat and being too fit or thin. Those people like to put you down, no matter what. No man has ever called me too thin though, only women.

45:41 by Colin Campbell documents the recycling nutrients ability of the body.....adapatation is so great that we can generate from as little as 1/10,000 ingested of what we need....[PLZ LISTEN FOR ONSESELF as this point may need a better refinement than my notes might pffer]

I enjoy watching Chef AJ’s videos, but I usually have my earbuds in, and every time that cowbell goes off, it is painful. If I could wave a magic wand and change anything about the show, it would be to replace the cowbell with a Milder tone

Wow, that’s a lot of books. My guess is that she’s “green screening”. Would be cool to see a moving background. Really enjoy the Beat Your Genes podcast. I love listening to their take on several subjects. Does AJ’s KZitem channel come out as a podcast too? Love the basketball analogy. That’s how I feel playing pickle ball with 85 year old ladies. We’re eating shit should be first second and third-Amen Dr Lisle.

This is hilarious. It sounds like all parties are saying that the woman orgasms as verification that she’s with someone she likes because, you know, women don’t know what’s going on in their own heads. I’m sorry. I’m sorry. That’s what I’m hearing. You guys absolutely crack me up. Yeah. What’s the deal with rats 👂
