I used to rent out an apt in Brewster ...2br for 1200/month Finding credit-worthy tenants was a painful experience so much so it took us 6 months to find anyone in Brewster that had a FT job ..it seems that most Tenant Applicants were kids of wealthy Brewster retirees and only ONE of the 12 people I interviewed had a FT job (working at a Senior Care Facility)

That sounds tough! We focus on short term vacation rentals at our properties on Cape Cod so we fortunately don’t deal with those issues. Thanks for the listen!
