Silent subscriber here lol Just wanted to say hi - About 3 weeks ago we flew from LAX to Maui and the pilot sounded so much like you so we had to ask the flight attendant if it was you lol I showed her your KZitem channel and she immediately recognized you. She took my phone and showed it to the pilots who also turned out to be your friends 😂😂 We flew with captain Alex - it was an awesome and fun flight. We just returned from Maui a few days ago and we miss it already. My family and I absolutely love watching your content and we love S.W. ❤

Awesome video 👍 miss flying to Hawaii as I use to live on the Big Island. Love Kona airport and I love staying at the Hilton such a great resort. I have one question why doesn’t SWA do redeye flights? Love my overnight flights. 1st time watching your channel and it was enjoyable. Fly safe and look forward to more content. ✈️

As least you did your early morning walk to LAX airport to keep your heart pumping. As usual you make flying look easy, but you operate professionally, the 737 MAX aircraft to Kona HI is efficient to get to the islands in Hawaii. Hawaii is always one of the best destinations to fly to when you plan a vacation. Have a superb week.

Great video as always. I know it's a little more work, so I get that you don't want to do it all the time, but I liked the older format where you took us through each leg of your trip on all 3 days (or however long the trip was). Seeing the progression of a trip was much cooler to me than other channels that just show one leg at a time

Thanks for the videos and meal prep info. Where is the discount link though? Why the switch to LAX when you live in PHX?! I’ve commuted my entire career and if I ever am lucky enough to live in base I’ll never be able to commute again. As far as base choice, for me, it’s about frequency on own metal and seniority in the base you’re commuting too.

I’ll never get used to flying to Hawaii in a narrow body much less a 737. First time I’m flew there in the 80s it was on a L1011 and then on those and DC10s. The last few times have been on B767s. Five hours is long enough for me to want a little more room. (And yes, as a native Texan I’ve been flying Southwest since the stewardesses were wearing hot pants. But just not for long distances. If SWA installs a first class, maybe we can talk.)
@davidcole333

I agree 1000%. Narrow body, 1 cabin aircraft are a deal breaker for me on flights over 3 hours. Anything longer, I upgrade to more legroom seats.
