Hello sir, am so sorry to hear that, l also had shingles this year in June, l understand what you going through, but now it's much better than before the pain was so severe, but l the other doc advised me to use castor oil day and night now my leg is doing fine the pain has gone l can walk well. Take magnesium 400 units a day for leg cramps . I'm 73 years young.since I started taking magnesium, I never wake up with leg cramps.

For venous. Insufficiency wear 20-30mmhg compression stockings. For your plantar fasciitis have orthodics made by a reputable orthotist or wear Birkenstock sandals as your house slippers from the moment you get out of bed. Do not soak your feet in hot water as this will give you more inflammation.

I do not know if this helps but I recently bought from Amazon a long handled lotion applicator with roller wheels that looks like a painters brush. I love it because I have back issues and I use it with lotion or my homemade oils for my legs and it’s like a light massage.

It has truly come faster with real 😴. My walkbis better but in the area of mid-thigh my leg stiffens, and somtimes shootings pains flow to the right knee and make my footstep unstable. I think 🤔 this will help. The right foot heel area has really improved, but it still has pronation around the heel. I am rotating with exercise, but I'm trying to get complete freedom in the heel, and hope that the foot will somehow release itself not to stop.
