У меня такой, доволен как слон, комфорта ноль но это не главное, машина для настоящих мужиков, если для бездорожье, берите не пожалеете. Это лучшая машина в своем классе.

Nice 76. I love how you have kept the camera so still. Unlike quite a few of the other 4wd videos I watch....

Advantage over coil springs is,u can load it more but maybe bumpy rides, unlike the coils in the rear,so yeah pros n cons✌️😉..but good truck for overlanding,or off-road purpose very simple if its wid 1hz motor,but den others prefer power n torque 💪💪,so 1vdftv is the option to go for

I noticed it had the original 70 dash from the early ones. What is the story?
@urbandecamp
4 жыл бұрын
Harvey Smith, the 70 series Landcruiser with the diesel V8 was sold in Australia from 2007 to 2009 without airbags (aka metal dash) before Toyota finally upgraded the dash and included passenger and driver’s airbag, but still no ABS!

@@urbandecamp Thanks for the info. I have a 30 year old import in the UK and like the old dash. Nice to know that dash was built until 2009

They seem "top heavy" in the video... is that the case? Surely different handling than the 100, 105 or 80 series
@PhilHobbs1986
10 жыл бұрын
They are leaf sprung in the rear end of the 76 series. Unlike the 80/100/105 series which are coil sprung at all corners. This would definitely change the handling characteristics of the vehicle

Yep. I own one now. My 2012 BT-50 3.2 Shits all over it 4x4. Not only are the 76 top heavy but are rear heavy too. I can't wait till GMC comes to Australia. I wish they made the BT-50 Chassis stronger with a bigger engine as well. Such a shame. I've lost a lot of money changing to the 76.

Kaegis interesting, I currently own a setup 80 series and quite like how it feels on and offroad. I was thinking of upgrading to the 76 in the near future, but the leaf rear end puts me off a little. I have driven a fair few of them, being an ex-Toyota mechanic, but never offroad obviously. I might see if I can find someone who's got one and jump in for a ride offroad before I make my mind up
