Are you outta you mind?? [not you, Chuck]......BUILD THE REAL THING!...Its only slightly more work than you've done already........THEN you could go for a Ride instead of standing on the ground like a little girl who's afraid of flying.......ALL THAT EFFORT but no ride.....COLOSSAL waste of time, space, resources, and effort. Who can you possibly sell that to?? You can't even trade that for anything you could fly: who the hell wants a big WHITE ELEPHANT that's just as much work as the REAL THING (including storage) but achieves little of actual value to someone with the balls to fly a real plane.?? @@markaoslo5653 I'll play nice........In reality I am an aircraft mechanic with experience in A/C assembly ( I worked for Boeing for 3 years) and some day hope to build and fly a plane from a kit (maybe a ZENAIR or KITFOX) so I eat my heart out when I get a case of "what I would have done"-itis. When I saw "60%" my jaw was on the floor. I was petulant and obviously frustrated in my own goals.... also...If you can't put your own thumb up yourself then whomsoever's self may you put it up? @Todd m Hi, Todd. I know that it probably doesn't matter but the fact is that CG has nothing to do with the approach as long as it is within the correct range. It is the elevator which governs speed on the approach and the thrust governs the height. Pump the elevator up and down and the speed goes up and down making a SAFE landing very difficult. Who wants to screw their plane up? There must be some pride in doing something well.......
