Please, could you use the native varieties. I don't care what they say about some cultivar or version that is sterile or doesn't spread like the original or non-native original, they have been proven wrong about those. Bradford pears are a prime example. Even if it doesn't, it will never provide all the required advantages and benefits of native grasses. Switchgrass, Big Bluestem, and Indian grass are 3 very good native options (I know a couple were mentioned in the video).
