I will need more of these. Retiring from public services made me realise that I had no means to passive income and in 5 years I only moved around in circles financially, I needed to make investments immediately desperate retirement and that led me to this looking for ways out. I feel very accomplished every time I remember my journey and how I have been able to grow my Investment to a return of over 200% in less than 6 months. Mind-blowing experience really

@@eadad4371 Alright so generally, investing requires higher knowledge. For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (REGINA LOUISE COLLARO) an investment advisor who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. She is quite popular for her services so you might have heard of her. She made me financially stable investing through her help, now I earn on a monthly basis through her passive income strategy...So I’ll advise you do get a good Investment advisor for yourself.

I get lonely then go food shopping and mingle in with people then I really appreciate my love time. There’s 10 ignorant people for every one nice and friendly out there . Seems the way now is be as unfriendly as possible, I actually get tired of saying hello to people and being ignored 1/2 the time and yes I smile as I say hello. We are broke as people

I almost scrolled after you talked about the alarm and pressing the snooze button. Older people, in general, wake up early. What research do you have that retired people use alarms or press the snooze button? The rest of your content was helpful. Finding purpose is critical at this stage of life.
@CynMeyerSecondWindMovement

Thank you for your response and I appreciate your skepticism. It's true that many retirees do wake up early, but everyone has different sleep patterns and habits. Retirement is a personal journey and there's no one-size-fits-all approach. If using an alarm clock helps maintain structure in your day, go for it. If not, that's perfectly fine too. The beauty of retirement is that you get to set your own pace. And you're absolutely right about finding purpose at this stage of life. It's not just about filling time, but making time count. So here's to living purposefully and joyfully in retirement! 🎉

Cyn, I retired two months ago. I looked forward to not having a schedule and thought I would enjoy living a very unstructured routine. However, I found that I am not accomplishing a lot of the things I wanted to do during retirement. I haven't fully implemented all your morning routines, but I have started and am feeling feeling better and am working on accomplishing more of my goals. Thank you for your very helpful information! Cyn, great videos with good advice, thank you for putting these together. One suggestion; as a retired IT guy with lots of experience in AV solutions, I would like to respectfully offer that you think about getting a lapel mic so that your audience can hear you better. (RODE is a good brand) It sounds like you are perhaps relying on the microphone embedded on the phone or camera you are using to capture the video? In any case, it's not a big deal but psychologically, it's much more effective for the listener to process your message if it can be heard as clearly as possible. And since your production value is important to you (it's obvious you put a lot of work into these!) Cheers and thanks again for this series, good stuff. 😀

First off, I want to say that your strength and resilience shine through even in this virtual world. It takes courage to share your story and I truly admire that. 🌟 Being active doesn't necessarily mean running marathons or hiking mountains. It's about finding what works for you and your body. If walking 100 feet is what you can do comfortably, then that's a wonderful start. And you could also consider low-impact exercises that might be easier on your body. Seated exercises or water-based activities, for example, can be beneficial and cause less pain.

I am in the same position..I have to do things in 10 min increments .then immediately lay down on my 0 gravity contraption... I hate it but it is the only way I can keep going. Sometimes when I am really sick of it I cry through the whole task. For me..I find PRAYERLINES helpful when I am really sick of it. But a lot of times interesting or funny videos are enough to distract myself from my upset at having to GENUINELY "PACE" myself..Good luck ..I really understand..
