About ZOOM, after listening to your video I looked at zoom on my iPhone7 and found that Apple are letting customers down by not giving clear instructions for getting out of zoom. The instructions on my phone relate to how to go into zoom, how to move zoom, and then there's something about how to "change zoom" (whatever that means) and that seems to be all. It's great you do these videos but we shouldn't have to rely on videos like yours. Apple themselves should have comprehensive instructions on their phones and should also produce videos to teach us consumers how to use what we buy.

Good content D&D , still a bit rapid though for us old-timers. I have a question or two , I have automatic ios updates. However I much prefer the previous iOS regarding the music site , they seem to change things for the sake of it ,and without seeking any suggestions from people who use the music site .. is there a way you can “stick” with the iOS version your happy with or even go back one ? Also is there a way to make suggestions re the Apple Music site ( that will be heard ) Many thanks keith

In the UK with EE on an iPhone you get charged 55p for every MMS message, even if you have unlimited texts and loads of data. That’s why I switch off MMS messages.
