In this video, I share 8 journaling prompts to help you start taking action toward your creative goals.
Part 1) I detail how, in 2015, I was broke, unemployed, and dumped by my girlfriend of 3 years. I was living a "loser's" life and hit rock bottom. I knew change was needed, so I devised a plan that led to me making $8000 in a couple weeks and moving to San Diego.
Part 2) I detail why we don't take action and how the stories we tell ourselves keep us in our comfort zones until we are miserable. I then explain the Belief-Outcome Axis and how the cycle of outcomes and beliefs either reinforces old identities or creates new ones.
Part 3) I provide 8 different journaling prompts, each designed to target a different phase of the Belief-Outcome Cycle. The prompts are accompanied by personal stories and use cases, as well as graphics.
