Great stuff, man! Just found your channel. The only change I'd make is forget poaching eggs like that. Just buy a $2 poaching insert that fits any of your pots or saucepans and do it that way. Kitchen hanging surface. Any type of heavy caging such as the dog kennels. Get panels the size of your kitchen wall space, mount them with heavy screws or nails into the wood wall studs. Either buy appropriate size hooks or if you have pliers/wire cutters cut appropriate thickness wire n2 lengths that you can bend into the size that fits the purpose. You can sand down the burrs.

Hi! Nice tricks! But for the "cutting board stand" from the Scandinavians: it's better used to grill ribs on it. Just replace the cutting boards with seasoned rib pieces and put it on the grill or smoker. This way you can make WAY more ribs at the same time as you could with the "standard" way of laying them flat to the grill.

Putting sliced bread in a freezer, is excellent if you want to use it for toast! To use for sandwiches Etc, you must use it after the first day or it is dry! I have discovered that if you purchase unsliced bread with a paper bag, put it into a plastic bag, twist tie it, put into the freezer. This will last for two+ months! When you bring it out, it is as fresh as the day that it was wrapped!! 🍞

1:43 ~ Oh, yeah, this is a very easy but most dangerous system due to the glass (window), to store a bunch of metal pans. Wouldn't you ever open/use the door? Good luck getting anyone to use bread only as needed right out of the freezer. I've been doing it for years and even if you don't want to toast it, it takes like 3 minutes for it to thaw on the counter and its ready to use. Yet nobody I tell this to seems to be willing to do it and they continue to buy all sorts of different breads they leave out on their counter and end up throwing half away because it molds.

A mix of carrot juice and fresh orange juice also works well for cooking carrots in. Done it with juices I've juiced fresh myself, and with bought 'fresh orange & carrot juice' from the supermarket. If you don't have carrot juice, cook 'em the usual way but add a little butter and sugar into the water; as long as you cooking them with only enough water to cover them, your carrots will taste a bit sweeter and will end up partly glazed from the butter (ideally butter, not marg).

If you cover the chicken tender with a lid "after" both sides are cooked with high heat first, you end up having both surfaces being soft. You should: 1. turn up the medium heat and cook one side while covering it with a lid. This way the inside of the chicken will be cooked to 80%. 2. Then flip to the other side with high heat. This time not covering with a lid. The inside of the chicken will be cooked to 100% done. This way both surfaces of the chicken tender will be "crispy"!

If you stay in the tropics like we in Africa you put everything in the freezer-bread, folls, rice, flour. If you do not do that it spoils within a few days.

30 seconds in the microwave turns your 4 slices of frozen bread into soft warm read to eat bread no need to toast them.

There's another trick you can try for "restoring" (you can call it preserving) completely dry bread - pour some water on it (or under running tap water) for a few seconds, just to get the surface somewhat wet. After that put it in the oven at high temperature. if it's a whole big bread, you can wrap it in a aluminium foil. The idea is that the steam from the water rehydrates the bread and after that the water evaporates and leaves the bread with crusty outside. I've done this many times when i had lots of bread i couldn't manage to eat in time and it's pretty hard to mess it up - it's just a bread haha. Well of course, you should be sure the bread is just dry, not dry and moldy. Hope this was interesting for you!

Donnie R I am a widower now 15 years August 2018 bread would never be wasted late wife would do bread pudding for the kids since I’ve been on my own buying half loafs was same price as a full one so for the last 15 years + i freeze on average 12 loafs a week I use one freezer for bread only everyone tells me I should never freeze bread sisters more so told them I’ve been doing it for years they tell me that they would not eat it as it has to be fresh when preparing anything for my self cooked sandwiches toast whatever obviously I’ve always got bread in that is not frozen but it had been earlier if it comes to a time I’ve got none and they want a sandwich and a cuppa tea ☕️ I take whatever I need place in microwave 30 seconds approx having finished I’ll ask was that okay having replied yes and remind to tell me I told you fresh bread was always better haven’t told any of them that it was actually frozen a few minutes ago and I’ve been doing that for a number of years now without any complaints DO YOU THINK I SHOULD TELL THEM NOW 🤷♂️😂 if I do it will save me the time of not having to do anything for them again I MIGHT SHOW THEM THIS MESSAGE ???

My parents always froze bread and so have I. I can only make it to the store 2-3 times per month so I buy like 6-8 loaves at a time, freeze, and sit one or two out overnight when one's running low. If I need a lot immediately it actually comes out well on defrost setting in the microwave (or manually set to 20% power). 1-2 mins or so is perfect. You can put the whole loaf in, with the bag, but of course remember to remove any metal ties! Fiance made that mistake once. Lol

Shelley B at last he eats it knowing it has been frozen I’d like to bet that most sandwich shops and cafes do it , i use thick bread for toast and don’t know if you have done the same I’ve toasted it from frozen and somehow it seems to taste better with plenty of lurpak butter and lime marmalade , i also cook steak 🥩 or chops from frozen which makes the meat so much tender butcher himself told me that obviously not with poultry or pork though 🥪🍔
