You forgot one important thing. Confidence! Not caring about other people's opinions too much makes you seem like a society yourself! You don't give in easily and you're not a coward! Edit: I said confidence, not selfishness! To those of you replying to me saying being self-centered makes you seem arrogant, I never said that! Yes, you should always respect other people's opinions and beliefs, but your opinion will not be respected if it disrespects someone else's existence. If you're thinking others should change themselves to please you, then stop running around like the Titanic making your family name sink. If your opinion is different, but doesn't disrespect me or anyone else in any way, then it will be accepted.

You should still play your role in society, but don't change your opinion just because other people think or feel differently. It will make you look like a wannabe. If all that's too hard for you, just stay single. Staying single is actually much healthier than getting into a relationship. Besides, you'll end up wasting so much money, resources, and time anyways. #NATUREFIRST

@RosheenQuynh
4 жыл бұрын
OMG I love this! I'm currently writing a book about Heartmates and I talk about Heartsongs and I define them like this: When two hearts long for one another, they sing a song that only the other recognizes in order to be found; every Heartsong is unique to each pair and cannot be replicated by another that isn’t a Heartmate. When one heart sings, the other responds in kind; but the two people have to either be thinking about eachother or they have to be nearby. The closer Heartmates are to eachother, the louder and stronger the Heartsong is. In a way, it’s like two hearts beating but not in sync, but rather separately but on the off-beat. I’m sure the “beats” would sync up at some point, though. It’s like two birds duetting. The physical manifestation of a Heartsong is a warm, rocky feeling in your chest where your heart is. I feel it quite often.

Your kindness will feel like a curse until you develop strong & healthy BOUNDARIES. Make it a top priority. Every empath who regularly attracts narcs will have to learn this. Once you DO have boundaries, your can ENERGETICALLY repel narcs, and for those who still approach you, you’ll know how to handle them. TRUST your gut feelings and other bodily sensations about people. If you feel that parasitic energy drain, don’t invite them into your personal bubble. You’re gonna have to learn how to say “no.” If you know that people are just using you for your kindness and generosity, channel the scenario where you’re at the checkout line at a store, and the cashier asks you, “And would you like to open a store credit card today to save 5% on your purchase?”, and whether it’s because you don’t need any additional credit cards or don’t ever shop at this store (like when I went to Petco to buy activated carbon cuz it’s cheaper to buy in bulk, but I don’t have any pets, and so I wasn’t gonna go back there, either ever or for YEARS afterwards), it’s easy for you to decline the offer. You can respond, “No thank you,” w/o any guilt or hesitation. You don’t have to explain yourself. PRACTICE THIS in your mind AND mind’s body, so you develop MUSCLE MEMORY. When you’ve practiced an imaginary scenario in your head enough times, what’s amazing is that your body recognizes it as ACTUAL experiences, so that when you finally do something for the first time in the PHYSICAL world, you’ll feel like you’ve already done it before. Rehearse any and all scenarios where you need to stand your ground. Do it NONCHALANTLY. Narcs don’t know what to do w/ you when you’re stoic, and they won’t continue to bother you. If you want to annoy or repel a narc, be INQUISITIVE, like a curious 5 yr old. They hate curiosity because they don’t like being asked questions, since they can’t ever answer anything truthfully, and lying requires thinking, which they’ll only invest energy into if there’s a worthwhile reward. Otherwise, they’d rather run away than deal with you.

I don’t think proximity has an effect. If you click with someone you’ll be in their mind (maybe heart too) even if you had to go away for periods of time. 3:10 If there are traits and physical things that are considered more attractive by science, you're scientifically beautiful. Then you say, Oh but not having these traits doesn't make you less attractive. Hello?? Of course it does. You're making a comparison there. LESS. Definetly you're less attractive if you don't fit into those standards. So that intent of not being politically incorrect went the wrong way. Yes, we have to assume and accept that some of us are ugly or less attractive. The thing is that we see that as a bad thing. That's why everyone tries not to say that. BUT IT'S FINE. I'M TIRED OF A FAKE INSTAGRAM SOCIETY. Real people are UGLY. and it's okay, and it's not a bad thing.

Sorry to burst your bubble but saying that everyone is attractive has caviats: 1. it defeats the purpose of definition: if you can't make a distinction, the word no longer makes sense 2. claiming that everyone is attractive in general is utterly wrong since it is a subjective value, never objective.

Somehow, loving and seeing others as amazing is easier than doing it for yourself. Also, when you love someone, it transforms them. You know those questions where people ask if you would like and love your sibling if they were not your sibling? I think if i went the things with anyone else, that I went through with _my_ sibling, i would love them just as much. You love them, they love you back, you've seen them at their worst, they've seen you at your worst- i think this is why you love family like you love no one else.

When you consider someone as attractive, you base your opinion on subjective value. That doesn't mean this person is actually attractive. The thing is, some people are way more often consider attractive. But it's not really because they are inherantly attractive. They just have caracteristics that make them seem attractive. But they can be unattricive to others. We share some value, but our value aren't universal. A lot of people will consider someone attractive while most don't. It doesn't mean they are unattractive.

@gnarthdarkanen7464

Um... Perfumes actually disguise or even obliterate your natural pheromones. They rarely actually add anything to your attractiveness... As a guy, so long as she doesn't let the grime cake up and go rancid, a sweaty woman smells like EXCITEMENT! No perfume or funky aromas needed. As an allergy sufferer, the stink of florals, especially lilac and lavender, smell like a migraine coming on... so there's that, too. ;o)
@Emil-lf3no

meanwhile people tell me someone who doesn't wear perfumes and rarely takes showers and sweats like a waterfall 24/7, that I smell extremely good and are asking what kinda soaps I am using ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@gnarthdarkanen7464

@@Emil-lf3no I was once approached by a girl who practically had pulsating hearts in her eyes, and she leaned in and asked right next to my ear what I was wearing that smelled like that... "About a 50/50 blend of neatsfoot and linseed oil" I told her. "Unless you're talking about the gun oil I got on my hands earlier." I use the neatsfoot and linseed to nourish and then seal leather in things like hats, jackets, vests and outer wear... stuff that sees a lot of elements... SO that was the only thing I could tell that she'd smell... The conversation wasn't terribly downhill, but there was a definite look of disappointment in her eyes. ;o)

Is it a metall problem if I keep having the same black and white scary dreams every single day? I have been seeing the same nightmare for nearly a year now (Please I need help)
@gnarthdarkanen7464
4 жыл бұрын
Repeating dreams are often related to an "unresolved issue" and your mind's efforts to subconsciously sort it out... I'm not a dreams expert, but that's long been the consensus on the matter. Nightmares are usually (though not always) related to conflict, and sometimes something of the future that is doubtful or that you're afraid of... The trick would be figuring out whatever the issue or conflict is, even if it's psychological dissonance, and find a resolve for it. If it's just something anxiety inducing or uncertain, facing the danger head-on tends to help. That's not to say that you should blithely go out and do something even potentially stupid... BUT to be direct in your approach to resolve the problem or conflict or for your anxiety(ies) so you're no longer so afraid of them. ;o)
