When pulling a nail that has no head, bend the nail over and use the claw end of hammer to pull the nail. This way will save one from getting scratched or any other cut to your hand. Let the hammer do the work.

So, what was the tip? The only thing I saw was the thing where he used his spatula to protect the wall where he was prying the thingy through the hole. It often takes me a second play through to catch all of the tips(though I still don't understand the one with the anchor screws. The first one he's showing to insert a screw at an angle. The second one is showing how to get a nail out when the head has been stripped off, the third one is showing how to run a wire behind a wall by using a washer and a magnet(I didn't get that one at first either. Didn't realise the black circular thing was a magnet.) The fourth one is showing how to make perfect, concentric circles using calipers, the fifth one I don't get at all, as it appears to just show him using actor bolts the way they're intended to be used(perhaps he's just letting people know about them if they aren't aware they exist? I dunno.) The sixth one I think is showing how to reduce sawdust, or how to make cleaner drill holes by drilling into a bar of soap first to coat the drill bit? The last one(which I actually thought was pretty cool), was showing how to mark where to cut on a piece of wood(or whatever) so that it will fit perfectly against a curved wall by using a covered saw blade and a pencil/marker, and the last one with the spatula is pretty self explanatory as you said.

A Toggler is stronger than a butter fly anchor and is easier to put in especially in an insulated wall. Also if you have to take it out you loss the wings on the butterfly anchor while you can remove the screw from the Toggler and replace it and not loose the anchor inside the wall. The Toggler also holds a lot more weight.
