Hey guys. Just quick video of my early morning workout. 8 weeks out from the show and I’m feeling great! Hope you enjoy.
WORKOUT:
Flat Dumbbell Bench Press (Progessive Drop Set: start with a light weight for 15 reps, then increase to a medium weight for 12, then a heavy weight for 8 reps. Rest 1 minute THEN go in reverse as a drop set. Final set will be progressive again.)
Low Cable Crossover: 5 sets 12 - 15 reps
Bent-Over Rows: 5 sets 12 - 15 reps
Assisted Pull-ups: 5 sets 10 reps
Behind-the-back Shoulder Press: 5 sets 10 reps
Rear Dumbbell Lateral: 5 sets 15 reps
EZ Bar Curls/Skullcrusher Superset: 5 sets 10 - 12 reps
