This is a super chatty 8 weeks to go update video - as I know we've got quite a few people here following the channel who are all training for marathons... So I thought I'd share how I'm feeling as the clock is ticking down and the start line is getting closer! I talk about nerves, the self doubt monsters (haha!) and making reminders to focus on the wins, and the positives in the journey so far! At the end of the video, I talk about time management and a few apps that are really helping me GET EVERYTHING DONE in a time where it feels like it's Work - Run - Eat - Sleep - Repeat! Haha!
