Summary guy here! 1. Don’t give up too soon. 2. Trim and shave. 3. Invest in a high quality trimmer. 4. Apply beard oil every day. 5. Comb and brush your beard. 6. Don’t shave too high above the neckline. 7. Don’t trim your beard if it’s wet. Trim if dry 8. Wash and condition your beard using a beard wash and a beard conditioner. 9. Don’t compare your beard to other people’s beards.

Took me about 5 years to fully grow mine and having a baldy helps compliment the beard as well. FYI DO NOT TRIM YOUR OWN BEARD IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN EYE FOR IT! GO TO THE BARBER shape ups start from 7-15 bucks especially if you got a date with a nice lady let them sharpen you up. Make sure if you do TRIM it get the beard tracers there are many different types and they're helpful. Bamboo combs are great for beards

Hey Jeff, one thing I would say is if you have a long , kinda long or medium beard, you can either use a wood comb or a steel pick to comb your beard. Either steel or wood because they help to stimulate the hair particles , and never use plastic. I appreciate you Brother, keep up the good work and providing the knowledge !

Heres a tip I will add from growing it after having a job where I was clean shaven. I put a warm damp towel over my growing beard, then i would lather with conditioner before getting in the shower. Then i would rinse it off LAST. I did it twice a day to soften the hair that was curling back into my face.

I thank the LORD that I have a NICE, full, thick, tall, full-faced beard and thank God I know how to fade & line-up! Also, your shower shampoo & conditioner will suffice, and Murrays (or other such thick pomade) used in combination with a boar bristle brush (for any length of beard as it'll train the hair to lay down smoothly) is better than beard oil, in my experience.
