In this class we play with several popular arm balances and inversions. We flow to create warmth and prepare for the poses, and incorporate different steps and ways to get into them. This class is designed for people with some yoga experience. Class is taught by Helen Cloots.
*Teacher's note: at one point I forgot to reset the camera, so you get to listen along to a short portion instead of watching (sorry!)*
Poses we work on include: crow pose (bakasana), side crow (parsva bakasana), headstand (sirsasana), forearmstand (pincha mayurasana), handstand (adho mukha vrksasana), hurdler's poses (koundinyasana 2), flying pigeon (eka pada galavasana), firefly (tithibhasana), hummingbird (maksikanagasana), and eight angle pose (ashtavakrasana).
Try to have fun with this class - it'll make the poses much easier!
