This guy is trolling you James. Not sure why you broadcasted this. It’s a shame because someone genuine could have come on instead of this geezer. This episode made me think of the property charlatan you had on last year.

Love the show, but have seen a few videos with entrepreneurs with less than credible claims/numbers. You guys need to start verifying these guests to maintain the shows credibility.

According to their website they bill $169 an hour for on site support. So assuming no discounts for large contracts, a $12 million turnover would be 71,000 billable hours of work. With only four staff. Yeah, this guy's not making more than a few hundred grand.

It’s in IT - a managed service provider specifically. He could just be middle maning large contracts.

Love the channel. This has to be the strangest one I’ve listened to. Feel like you gave up on the interview before it had even started really. £12m is so much support there’s no way you can do that with 4 people. There must be other revenue streams? I thought there was going to be a simple software based business in a niche serving loads of customers with very little maintenance and attendance required. Keep it going chaps, I love it here.

Working in this space myself in the UK, $12m with 4 staff????? I have 9 staff and i'm no where near that. Just staying.... Love the vids and content. Now the MSP US market is different and they seem to be able to command more money, but that jump and employee levels is questionable, could be outsourcing? Who knows weird.

I absolutely love the podcast gents (loyal long time listener), but unfortunately this guy talked waffle and I don't believe for one moment he's doing 12 million, let alone any of the stuff that came out of his mouth. It was clear you didn't believe him, and rightly so... This wasn't a good episode and I think you should pull this down, as it effects the credibility of the pod.

Commenting first because I’m a regular but hardly comment so I’m starting, here’s an interesting fact about animals in business,Jack the Baboon, who worked as a railway signalman in the late 19th century in South Africa. Jack was trained by his owner, a railway worker named James Wide, who had lost his legs in an accident. Jack not only helped his owner with daily tasks but also operated the railway signals by pulling levers, which he did for nine years without making a single mistake. His work was so reliable that he was eventually put on the payroll by the railway company and given an official employee number!

Almost as believable as going from 80k to 12 mill with just 4 employees 😂

As somebody who worked in the IT industry for 10 years I feel i can weigh in here. IT support has become a commodity, i worked for an IT company who turned over circa 1million and they had 14 total employees. 12million with 4 staff just seems completely false OR he's ridiculously over priced. I think hes telling the truth, but not on the 12mill. You dont do 12million per year with 4 employees selling what is essentially a commodity

I love the grounded reality of this channel!! All we need is the right advice on how to invest in some digital market. Retirement took a toll on my finances, but with my involvement in the digital market, $37,000 weekly returns has been life changing. Regardless of how bad it gets on the economy.

Wait.. a guy that is making 12M dollars per year, asking about in-house printing and building customer lounges? Dude is asking about outsourcing? You can just tell James is being respectful he smells a rat. All the hesitancy, I am not a troll or hater, but I tune into this podcast to really help grow and there is so much inauthentic channels that give me 'success anxiety' GET THE EPISODE OFF!
