This famous meat recipe surprised everyone. Now I always cook meat like this! The meat just melts in your mouth! This trick/technique was taught to me by my 85-year-old grandfather. One of the best recipes: healthy, delicious and easy. Cook with joy! Cook with love!
▶ Recipe and ingredients:
~ 700-800 g pork
Beat the meat lightly with the flat side of a kitchen hammer
Fill the meat with mineral water
Salt, pepper, dry garlic, paprika, oregano
~ 50-70 ml milk
Let marinate for ~ 30 minutes
2-3 onions
Take out the meat and fry it in vegetable oil
Fry on both sides until golden brown
Add the onion and fry covered for about 5 minutes
Stir and fry for another 5 minutes
some marinade
Cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes
1/2 small young cabbage
1 carrot
1 bell pepper
some spring onions
Olive oil, 1 tbsp apple onion
Oregano, salt, pepper, sugar, 1 clove of garlic
Stir and add to the salad
150 g sour cream, salt, pepper, oregano, dill
1 garlic clove
Mix well and the meat sauce is ready!
Very tender meat!

1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons mustard
100-150 g light natural beer
4 garlic cloves
~ 1.2 kg pork neck
Marinate in sauce and let rest for 30 minutes
Place a double layer of foil on
Wrap the meat so that the sauce does not leak out
Bake for 80-90 minutes at 180°C
Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Pierce directly through the foil (the meat should be pierced carefully)
~ 1 kg potatoes
cook until done
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
Carefully unpack the meat
Sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs
Leave the lower part of the meat in the juice
Bake for another 15-20 minutes at 200°C
1-2 tablespoons Parmesan
small bunch of parsley
Garlic powder
olive oil
Salt, pepper to taste
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190-200°C
Meat can be served both hot and cold
The pork becomes very juicy and tender!

1 teaspoon mustard
Salt, pepper to taste
