Excellent! This is very useful. Do you plan something like this, for the Advantest R3273 too? I know, you developed something for the R3273 Input Attenuator. I have a R3273 here, that has wrong Attenuator and YIG Filter Cal Data.

Hi! I went and uploaded my R3273 code here: github.com/jjoonathan/R3273-calibration . This should help with level correction, but I'm afraid I never figured out YIG correction due to the existing YIG calibration being quite satisfactory in contrast to the HP8565E in the video. I pointed out my best lead, though: there is a suspicious unknown "field5" in the cal data that might just hold the yig cal. Good luck!

@@jjoonathan7178There is a Service Menu for YTF Calibration. But without Adjustment Manual, I dont know exactly what to do there. Also, theres a routine buried deep inside the firmware, to save and read back all Factory Calibration Constants as .csv Files, to the SD-Card. But no one found out, how to trigger this yet...
