Donante corta pero con la capacidad donante total necesaria para plantear la restauración en 3 pasos y un posible cuarto para aumentar cobertura.La mayoría de los pacientes con alopecias avanzadas tienen una donante insuficiente acorde a su patrón, pero en algunos casos conservan la calidad de la donante y se puede plantear su reparación, aunque para ello haya que agotar su capacidad donante y utilizar la técnica de Split. Características Donante · Temporal: 50 micras de pelo; 86 UF/cm2; 212 pelos/cm2; 2,47 pelos/UF; CV de 10,60· Parietal: 51 micras; 76 UF/cm2; 204 pelos/cm2; 2,68 pelos/UF; CV de 10,40· Occipital: 52 micras; 88 UF/cm2; 235 pelos/cm2; 2,67 pelos/UF; CV de 12,22.TDA (área donante total) de 214 cm2 y TDC (capacidad donante total) de 9209 grafts (a 2,61 pelos/graft).
Se realiza una 1ª intervención de 3003 grafts (6379 pelos) para restaurar 68 cm2 de frontal (23 a 58 grafts/cm2) a una media de 2,12 pelos/graft (561 singles; 1548 dobles; 853 triples; 40 cuádruples, 1 quíntuples). Punch de 0.8serrado/0.85 mm.
2.ª a los 5 meses: Características Donante:
· Temporal: 50 micras de pelo; 76 UF/cm2; 178 pelos/cm2; 2,34 pelos/UF; CV de 8,90

TDA (área donante total) de 214 cm2 y TDC (capacidad donante total) de 7600 grafts (a 2,54 pelos/graft).Se extraen 2801 grafts (6082 pelos) para restaurar 70 cm2 de mid scalp (38-44 grafts/cm2) a una media de 2,12 pelos(graft (498 singles; 1383 dobles; 865 triples; 54 cuádruples, 1 quíntuple). Punch de 0.8/0.85 mm.5 meses después se realiza la 3ª.La donante presenta ahora las siguientes características:
· Temporal: 50 micras de pelo; 66 UF/cm2; 142 pelos/cm2; 2,15 pelos/UF; CV de 7,90

TDA (área donante total) de 214 cm2 y TDC (capacidad donante total) de 4691 grafts (a 2,44 pelos/graft).Se extraen 2772 grafts (6620 pelos) para restaurar 48 cm2 de coronilla (38-42 grafts/cm2) y un retoque en 17 cm de mid scalp a una media de 2,39 pelos(graft (360 singles; 1108 dobles; 1176 triples; 123 cuádruples, 5 quíntuple). Punch de 0.85 mm.Se muestra resultado a 10 meses de la tercera operación. Programada una cuarta operación para aumentar cobertura general en todas las zonas.
This 40 yo patient without medical treatment has a shor donor area (and week temporal area), but with a total donor capacity needed to plan a 3 step strategy (and a 4th to increase coverage). Most of the patients with advanced alopecia have a suboptimal donor area according to their bald pattern, but in some cases they have the needed quality to plan a restoration, although we have to exhaust his donor area and use the split technique.
