Manual was a waste. Your video allowed me to move quickly forward changing the speed cable. Awesome vid

Good Lord................ I have a GL1500 also and I had thought about changing the speakers but after watching this.. No Way ! You have to remove 1/2 the bike just to do a simple task..

Great instructions. Appreciated. I had put a lot of mine back together and discovered 2 light bulbs. Your guessed it. They illuminate the dash. I have chemo brain and it's a bieyetch.

did you have to remove the vents to get the dash off? I have a 91 GL1500 that I'm trying to get the dash off so I can replace insturment bulbs in, but the bottom of the dash won't come off.

I have a broken speedo cable so I need to do this. Nice instructions, but I'm surprised you didn't replace that burnt bulb tho considering how much work that was. Thanks!

The headlight adjuster simply adjusts the beam height/distance.

I wish you'd do more video from take off to coming back to you shop. I'd like to see you cruise down the street more on your Goldwing. I'd also really like to see more of the road as you're on it instead of just the dash. lol Dash is cool and all but the city, day and night driving would be really cool.

How do you remove the two harness connectors? I can't get these dang things apart.

If you unscrew the speedo cable 1st it makes a lot easier to get to the to harness plugs to get them out But I just pushed on the clips and pulled

You skipped over the part I'm stuck at. You had trouble with the vents, and then suddenly you have the gauge cluster out and are talking about the speedometer cable. What's the trick?

With the vents I just had the pull until they pop out they were stuck from not being apart for many years but the speedo cable you just have to unscrew it if your taking it apart
