I made a refreshing pound cake using whole orange.

[Material: 16 cm pound type]

・ Water 30cc

・ Baking powder 3g
[How to make]
1. Bring the butter and eggs to room temperature.
2. Slice the orange thinly, put sugar and water together in a pan, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
3. Set aside 3 sheets, chop the others finely, and leave the syrup.
4. Knead the butter in a bowl until it becomes creamy, and mix the sugar in two portions.
5. Mix the beaten egg in 3 portions and mix carefully.
6. Add flour, baking powder and chopped orange and mix.
7. Pour into a mold and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
8. After baking for 20 minutes, remove from the oven once, put the remaining orange slices on it, and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
9. After baking, apply syrup to the surface while it is still hot, and when the heat is removed, it is complete.
