Many helpful/practical ideas in this podcast. Sleep was a needed topic for me. Thank you. I totally agree that our bodies are intricate and that our spiritual well-being is directly related to our physical body. One caution is the use of a sauna or water that is too hot in terms of those of us with EDS & POTS. Good for our joints but "bad" for the POTS side of it all. Thank you for bringing us these great topics! 🙂

Good point although some people have actually been able to improve their heat tolerance via intentional use of heat therapy (like sauna).

That's a lot of ibuprofen which can be very dangerous for the gut and the kidneys!
