@@FlightAthleticAcademy hi I am a level 4 gymnast and I need help jumping to high bar. I’m just scared to jump and I feel like I will fly off. Do you have any tips on how to help me get over that?

@@sophiatugwell1492 I'm a level 4 gymnast about to start training level 5, but I'd recommend first getting comfortable just doing a squat jump down. Once comfortable with just jumping down, get a spot to jump to high bar. I'd also recommend doing tap swings so you don't have a feeling you'd fling off. Also tell yourself you got this and won't fling off the bar, confidence helps!
